If at any point during service you happen to  experience any video or audio issue please try the following:

1.) refresh the website or browser page by clicking reload or pressing the "F5" KEY at that very top of your computer keyboard

2. try closing then reopending the browser or video platform you happen to be viewing the servcies on.
