Queen Esther Circle
According to historical New Hope Missionary Baptist Church records, the Queen Esther Circle was organized in the late forties, and named one of the first circles organized at the church. The Queen Esther Circle has had familial members in the circle dating back three generations. Sister Bell Cummings was one of the early chairperson; Sis Eva Williams is currently the chairperson of the circle. The women of the Queen Esther Circle not only focus on the sharing of God's Word to the unsaved; but, they bi-annually share toiletry and personal items with the patients at Patton State Hospital and remain active with the church's Fashion Share Clothes Closet. The ladies of the Queen Esther Circle also hold a parking lot give away during the Harvest and Spring times of the year.
